Today is February 5, 2022, continued from the last blog I’m gonna write a little bit about selling. Once I mastered the first “call close” (which was calling someone on the phone and closing them on a certain amount of shares for a certain stock in one phone call) I started opening hundreds of accounts. It takes a lot of discipline and it takes thousands of hours of pitching on the phone making 500 to 800 dials a day. If you add up 500 dials a day multiply that by 6 days a week you’re making 3000 Dials per week. That’s 12,000 calls a month. That’s how I opened hundreds of accounts and generated thousands of leads establishing and starting thousands of relationships. It’s a Numbers game you get out what you put in you have to smile and dial all day that Phone is your cash register the more you pound it and press those buttons the more you will acquire the business. This to me was invaluable it was priceless because once I learned and mastered it I did not want to stop enhancing my craftsmanship. It started coming naturally. I started to call clients and pitch them in the richest ZIP Codes in America. These were very smart very wealthy people that were not easy to do business with over the phone but yet they did it with me. I opened up a CEO of a publicly-traded company and made him such big returns on his investments that he referred and transferred to me his publicly-traded company account pension plan worth tens of millions of dollars. I knew what I was doing was priceless. I can open huge accounts and make them money. I started getting referrals from very big clients. I had an insane work ethic. Everybody noticed in the firm brokers were coming up to me asking for advice on how they can close accounts like I was. They were listening to what I was saying and they would formulate their pitches then they started having success. The owners of the firm noticed and saw what I was doing. No one could work harder than me. The owners of the firm sent me on trips to the Bahamas everything paid for. My hard work, or as I like to call it “sweat equity” was extremely paying off. I’ll go into my exact sales techniques further along in my journey thank you kindly
